Joseph Niepce:(1753-1833)
Joseph Niepce was french photographer and inventor. He was also the first photographer. His first photograph which depicted in the outside view of his window changed history. Using Camera Obscura to make his photos, it’s fair to say that Niepce was the person who invented photography. Aside from this accomplishment Niepce also studied science during college. He also invented the world's first combustion engine.
View from the Window at Les Gras- Considered the oldest photograph ever taken, Joseph Niepce took this photograph of field in his estate through the view of a high window.
La Table Servie- “La table servie” was the second picture that was taken by Niepce. The name translates to “the life of a still table” in English.
